Shipping and Delivery Policy
Unsent Studio currently sells one product: the digital edition of VIHAAN The Countdown. Nothing physical ships. Delivery is by email.
How delivery works

Delivery time
Normally under five minutes. If something upstream is delayed, allow up to 24 hours. If nothing has arrived by then, email vihaan@unsentstudio.in and we will deliver it manually.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in the world. There is no shipping address, no courier, no customs, and no delivery charge. The price you see is the price you pay.
Format
PDF, sixty-three pages, set in Palatino at a 5 × 8 inch page size. It opens on any phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader that reads standard PDFs. No app or account is required.
Your download link
- The link is unique to your order and should not be shared
- It expires after a limited period for security
- If it expires before you use it, email us and we will issue a fresh one at no charge
- Download the file and keep your own backup — that copy is yours to keep permanently
If the email does not arrive
- Check your spam, promotions and updates folders. New senders often land there.
- Confirm the address you typed at checkout was correct.
- Add vihaan@unsentstudio.in to your contacts.
- Still nothing? Email us with your order reference and we will resend within one business day.
A mistyped email address is the most common cause, and it is easily fixed — we can resend to the correct address once we confirm the purchase.
Physical editions
Not currently on sale. If a printed edition is released, this page will be updated with despatch times, courier partners and shipping charges before it goes on sale.
