These terms govern your use of unsentstudio.in and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or buying the book, you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

What we sell

VIHAAN The Countdown by Harshit Bajpai, a work of fiction of sixty-three pages, sold as a digital edition. The price shown at checkout is in Indian Rupees and includes any applicable taxes.

We may change prices at any time. The price you paid at the moment of purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

Placing an order

An order is complete when payment is confirmed by our payment provider and we send you a confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists between us.

We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, if we suspect fraud, or if the listing contained an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Delivery

The digital edition is delivered by email as a secure download link, normally within minutes of payment. See the Delivery Policy for detail.

What you may do with the book

When you buy the digital edition you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. You may:

• Read it on any device you personally own
• Keep a backup copy for yourself
• Quote briefly from it in a review, with attribution

You may not:

• Share, upload, resell or redistribute the file
• Remove or alter copyright notices or any identifying marks in your copy
• Reproduce it in whole or substantial part anywhere, in any medium
• Use it to train a machine learning model

Your copy may be marked

Copies may carry a discreet identifier linking them to the purchase. It does not affect reading. It exists so that if a copy is distributed publicly, we can tell where it came from.

Refunds

Set out separately in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your account and accuracy

You are responsible for giving us a correct email address. We deliver to the address given at checkout. If you mistype it, contact us and we will resend to the right one once we can confirm the purchase.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including withdrawing a title from sale. Withdrawal does not affect books already bought.

Liability

We provide the book and the site as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the book.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms. The site links to Instagram and other external sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
